The 2014 AFFL divisions were announced today by league officials. The league emphasized that the new divisions were based on overall league performance throughout its past three seasons, with additional attention being prioritized on strengthening the Red and White divisions by moving recent league champions into said divisions. Officials also highlighted the fact that they wanted to "start fresh" with the keeper reset. Division rivals such as Bayville/Los Vadas and Indianapolis/Tri-Cities, who have all been grouped together for the past three seasons, have been split up to encourage this refresh.
