- Mr. K's suspension being reduced from three games to one. Mr. K will be able to take part in all front office and roster related activity but will be banned from attending the Gamblers week 1 opener.
- Losing an undisclosed late round draft pick in a future to be determined season.
- Mr. K being banned from all potential Atlantic City programs that feature minors, such as volunteer school visits.
